WELCOME TO THE MATUNUCK OYSTER FARM

The Matunuck Oyster Farm is home to a true taste of Rhode Island - the Matunuck Oyster - with its crisp, briny flavor and a slightly sweet finish

Matunuck Oysters are grown in the estuarine waters of southern Rhode Island, using a rack and bag method. This method keeps the oysters suspended in the water and off of the sea floor, lending to their delicate flavor. Each oyster is meticulously handled several times throughout the grow out, ensuring uniformity and cleanlines.
